We accept a wide variety of items during our cleanout services, making it easy to clear out your home, garage, office, or commercial space. Commonly accepted materials include:

What We Can’t Accept: For safety and environmental reasons, we do not accept asbestos or medical waste.

Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes, we do our best to recycle or donate items that are still in usable condition. This not only helps minimize waste but also supports environmental sustainability.
Can you handle large or heavy items?
Yes, we have the equipment and expertise to handle large and heavy items such as furniture, appliances, and hot tubs.
How do I prepare for your arrival?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please be prepared for our crew when they arrive. Here are a few tips:
- Group Items Together: Place items for removal in centralized piles or designated areas so our crew can easily identify what needs to be taken.
- Separate for Donation and Junk: Create separate piles for items suitable for donation and those that are junk. This helps us efficiently sort reusable items during loading.
- Secure Pets: Make sure pets are safely secured in an area away from the removal activity to avoid any disturbances.
- Clear Hazards: Remove any tripping hazards from the areas our crew will need to access. Please be sure to remove any parked vehicles from your driveway so our team can safely back the trailer in.

Will you bring out large items from different levels of the home or apartment?
Yes we can help you with that. Please note that with removals from within the property we would ideally like to see the space and stairs to give a quote as we typically include a small surcharge. We use door protectors when removing large items such as bulky furniture or refrigerators. We have had a few scenarios whereby we have had to demo the furniture prior to removal and our time on site was 5 times longer than anticipated. An on-site estimate is always best as photos don’t always tell the whole story.
What form of payment do you accept?
