Sometimes the best opportunities come when you least expect them. We never set out to be in the junk removal business, but a divinely timed conversation changed everything. A close friend of ours, who manages a nationwide storage company, was facing a major challenge—a severe hoarding situation inside one of their massive 30-foot storage units. The vendor they usually worked with quoted a price that was far too high, and she needed a solution fast.

At the time, we had recently purchased a trailer for our furniture restoration side hustle, and we immediately saw an opportunity to help. With determination and a can-do attitude, we quickly formed Armadillo Disposal LLC, obtained all the necessary permits and insurance, and got the job done—saving our friend time, money, and stress. That first project lit a spark, and before long, we found ourselves helping more people clear clutter, reclaim space, and restore order to their homes and businesses.
